What is a web app, compared to a website?
A website mostly shows information. A web app lets people do things: sign in, book, order, pay, upload, track status or manage records. It runs in a browser, so there’s nothing to install, and it works on phones, tablets and computers.
Can a web app work on phones?
Yes. We build web apps that adapt to any screen size, and they can be added to a phone’s home screen like an app. If you need features only a native app can offer, we’ll recommend a mobile app instead.
Where is the web app hosted?
Usually on Cloudflare or Google Firebase, which are fast, secure and inexpensive for small and mid-size businesses. We set up hosting, backups and monitoring as part of the project.
Can it take payments?
